As Business Controller, you will report directly to the Group CFO and play a crucial role in shaping the financial narrative of our global operations. Acting as a key business partner, you’ll deliver actionable insights, drive performance through well-structured KPIs, and help steer the business with a forward-looking, strategic lens. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both operational and executive stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational teams across regions to proactively monitor and influence financial performance.
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable KPIs that align with strategic objectives and support operational excellence.
• Lead forward-looking analysis, including forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluation to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insight-driven reporting and presentations to the Group CFO and senior leadership, including private equity stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational dynamics.
• Identify financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively recommend actions to drive improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data quality, automate reporting processes, and implement best practices in performance management.
• Contribute to M&A integration, investment cases, and strategic projects as the business grows internationally.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business control, FP&A, or financial analysis—preferably in a fast-paced, private equity-backed or international environment.
• Strong understanding of performance management, operational metrics, and financial drivers.
• Proven ability to build forward-looking models and turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience dealing with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI. Experience with ERP systems and/or SQL is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment.
