Functie
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resource function in a fast-paced private equity-backed environment. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization by building efficient HR processes, strengthening leadership capabilities, and implementing change initiatives that align with the company’s aggressive growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation while effectively managing multiple stakeholders, including investors, executive leadership, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a people strategy that supports rapid organizational growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives and private equity investor expectations.
- Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions as the organization scales, restructures, or integrates new acquisitions.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build a robust talent pipeline to support expansion, ensuring the right leadership and workforce capabilities are in place.
- Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Establish leadership programs to upskill managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- HR Infrastructure & Processes: Implement scalable HR processes, including performance management, compensation frameworks, and compliance measures to support business growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement strategies to cultivate a strong organizational culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with private equity investors, board members, and internal executives to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy. Compensation & Benefits Optimization: Develop competitive compensation structures that drive performance and align with market trends.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and track key workforce trends and performance indicators.
Functie-eisen
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
- Strong track record of scaling organizations through HR best practices and leadership development.
- Expertise in change management, organizational design, and HR transformation.
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, including investors, board members, and C-suite executives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation strategies, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
- Experience in M&A integration, due diligence, and post-merger workforce strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
