Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resource function in a fast-paced private equity-backed environment. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization by building efficient HR processes, strengthening leadership capabilities, and implementing change initiatives that align with the company’s aggressive growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation while effectively managing multiple stakeholders, including investors, executive leadership, and operational teams.
